REGISTRATION & VOTING INFORMATION
Election Day is Tuesday, October 6th 2009 All registered voters are eligible to vote on election day. However, you must vote at the polling location for the precinct in which you live. If you aren't sure which precinct you live in or to check the location of your polling place, follow this link to use the voter lookup feature at the NC State Board of Elections website: Voter Lookup Applicaton (NC State Board of Elections)

Early Voting is Now Closed (Thank you to everyone who already voted!) Any registered voter can take advantage of one-stop early voting. For the 2009 Municipal election in the City of Raleigh, early voting takes place at the Wake County Board of Elections office in downtown Raleigh. Even if haven't registered to vote, you can register and vote at the same time during one-stop early voting (but NOT on election day - so go to early voting NOW if you still need to register and vote). This is a great way to have your vote counted if you will be out of town on election day. With early voting, there's no excuse not to vote!
